By Bus
Bus routes 21 (running from Ilfracombe to Westward Ho) or 315 (Barnstaple to Exeter via Torrington) run through the village.
By Bike
The Tarka trial runs through Instow in the direction of Barnstaple and Bideford. The entrance to the Yacht Club is adjacent to the old Instow Signalbox.
By Ferry
The ferry runs between Appledore and Instow between April and October and drops you at Instow Quay, where it’s a short walk to the club.
By Car
There are 2 public car parks within easy walking distance – Sandhills behind the dunes at the far end of the beach, or one opposite the Quay off Marine Parade. Cars may be parked free of charge in designated areas on Marine Parade (limited to one hour from May to September). There is also some car parking available at the Yacht club.
